How to place a delivery order?
To place a delivery order with Lashed Cartel LLC, follow these steps:
- Add items to your cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Select “Ship” as your delivery option
- Enter your address (if you are not already logged in)
- Scroll down and choose “Delivery” to complete your order
How long does shipping take?
All orders placed Monday to Friday before 3 pm ship the same day. Any order placed after 3 pm will ship the following business day.
What is your return policy?
We will exchange any item that is defective or not working properly. All sales are FINAL and there are no returns. If you decline an exchange, we can issue store credit in the same amount as the item.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all types of payments.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, we have a pick up location in Fontana, CA. Choose pick up when placing your order. Same day orders placed Monday-Friday will be available 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. If order is placed after 3:00 pm it will be available the next business day 8:30 am-5:30 pm. We are CLOSED on weekends unless prior arrangements have been made.
Do you offer delivery options?
Yes, there is a minimum of $100 to place a delivery order. At checkout choose SHIP, under shipping method choose the section option LOCAL DELIVERY.Orders $150+ deliver free within 10 mile radius.If you need help placing a delivery order or don’t meet the $100 minimum please contact us at 310-428-7847.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders $49+ ship free nationwide.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you will automatically receive a tracking number. If you can’t locate the email, You can click the chat button on the bottom right corner of our website. Once it opens, select “Track My Order”, then enter your order number and email to see your order status instantly.
